Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. Your relaxing session will be supported by a chakra reading, essential oils, crystals and oracle cards (if desired). Our practitioner guides you into a relaxed state of mind, before using a technique called hands on healing through which a ‘universal energy’ is transferred through her palms to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Safety concerns are low and akin to those of other alternative medicine practices. Reiki can also be used in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques and to compliment western medicine helping to bring the body, mind and soul back into alignment.
